About Sandrika

I am a certified Crystal Reiki Master, and have been practicing Reiki for several years. Originally from France, I moved to Washington DC in 2000.

A few years ago, I had a life changing experience when I realized I was an empath and hyper sensitive person. This newfound awareness led me to understand that my heightened sensitivity, which allowed me to deeply feel the emotions and energies of others, was a significant contributor to my anxiety. Through practices such as meditation, energy clearing techniques, and energy healing, coupled with the profound realization that I am not my emotions, I successfully managed to keep anxiety at bay.

Thanks to this experience, I decided to be open about who I was. I began providing Reiki services, which eventually expanded into offering products that support energy healing. During the session I will scan your body, feel your emotions and intuitively focus the healing session where it is most needed.

I use crystals to intensify the energy, clear and balance the Chakras and heal the body as needed.

Check out the products I created and my essential oil line "Provencal Corner" consisting of rollers and sprays to help with headache, sleep, anxiety and much more. The smell of lavenders and diverse herbs remind of the the town I grew up, in the heart of Provence, France.
