Crystal reiki healing with chakra spinning
When we chronically repress emotions, we create toxicity in our body, mind, and heart. The unresolved emotions get trapped in our body where they build and fester, draining our energy, leading to burnout, emotional imbalance, and eventually disease. Using Dr. Bradley Nelson's method and chart, I can help you release old trapped emotions. You will feel lighter, clearing the path for a new journey.

Distance reiki healing
The distance symbol is used to cross any distance in time or space. It allows Reiki Masters to clear blockages from someone's past, as well as perform reiki on someone who is not physically present. Distance Reiki works according to an ancient principle that we are all connected, as we are all made of energy. Distance Reiki session allows the practitioner to link up to the energy field of the recipient.

Balancing chakras
A Reiki session includes balancing your Chakras with crystals. The 7 chakras in the body are distinct energy centers that start at the top of your head and end at the bottom of your spine. They regulate all parts of your bodily system, influencing everything from emotional processing to resistance to disease
